Synergie Australia is seeking an Experienced Project Manager (Store Development) for a contract opportunity based in Hawthorn, VIC.

n

Join a rapidly growing Australian jewellery brand undergoing significant national expansion. Working within the Store Development team, you will play a key role in delivering new store openings, coordinating shopfitters and contractors, and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Pay:$50-60 per hour + Super

- Location: Hawthorn, VIC
n
- Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
n

What you will be required to do:

n

You will support the delivery of recent retail store openings, working closely with internal stakeholders, shopfitters, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Manage retail store development and rollout projects
n
- Coordinate shopfitters, contractors and external suppliers
n
- Oversee store opening timelines and project schedulesConduct regular site visits and maintain a strong onsite presence
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
n
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business
n




- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors and suppliers
n
- Identify and manage project risks and project milestones
n
- Support multiple store openings and refurbishment projects
n

To be successful in the role you will:

n

n
- Have previous experience managing retail store rollouts or store development projects
n
- Demonstrate experience within retail, hospitality, fit-out or construction environments
n
- Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders
n
- Have experience working with contractors, builders and shopfitters
n
- Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Take a hands‐on approach and enjoy working onsite
n
- Thrive in a fast‐paced and growing business environment
n

- Experience opening new retail stores

- Exposure to national store rollout programs
n
- Background working with recognised retail or hospitality brands
n
- Trade, construction or fit-out project management experience
