What you'll be doing
n
n
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and skilled manner
n
- Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure a positive customer experienceDelivering outstanding customer service at all times
n
- Performing basic maintenance and service on poker machines
n
- Handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
n
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving issues on the gaming floor
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Current Valid RSA/RCG/Advanced RCG/TAB Compliance certificates
n
- Strong customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
n
- Flexible availabilities as there will be varying shifts each week
n
- Experienced in tab and keno operations
n
- Gaming service and knowledge of gaming machines
n
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in hospitality/pubs and clubs
n
- Experience is highly regarded but willing to train the right candidate
n
