Due to continued growth and major project wins, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Machine Operator to join our expanding workforce.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate excavators, skid steers and associated plant for trenching, conduit and pit installation
n
- Excavate safely around live and existing underground services
n
- Operate small combo plant and attachments
n




- Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance
n
- Assist with labouring tasks as required to support project delivery
n
- Work safely in accordance with SWMS, project requirements and company procedures
n
- Collaborate effectively with site crews, supervisors and project teams
n
- Participate in shift work when required by project demands
n

Essential Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- HR Licence
n
- Excavator Ticket and demonstrated operating experience
n
- Skid Steer Ticket and demonstrated operating experience
n
- Experience operating combo setups and heavy vehicles
n
- Proven ability to excavate safely around underground services
n
- Previous experience within civil, electrical, road infrastructure or utility construction projects
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks when required
n
- Good communication, literacy and computer skills
n
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
n
- Ability to plan and manage daily work activities
n
- Team-focused attitude with a positive work ethic
n
