Landscaping Team Leader / Supervisor - Immediate Start

AMOR Landscaping is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader/Supervisor to join our team.

n

This is a key leadership position for someone with strong landscape construction experience who can manage a team, coordinate projects and maintain high standards from start to completion.

n

About the Role

n

You will supervise landscaping crews and work hands-on when required across a range of high-quality residential landscaping projects throughout the Gold Coast.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and supervise landscaping teams on site
n
- Organise daily tasks, materials, equipment and subcontractors
n
- Deliver projects safely, efficiently and within budget
n
- Carry out and oversee hard and soft landscaping works
n
- Manage paving, decking, fencing, retaining walls, concreting, drainage, turfing and planting
n
- Read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings
n
- Monitor workmanship and ensure a high-quality finish
n
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and management
n
- Operate landscaping machinery, equipment and power tools
n
- Maintain workplace health, safety and compliance standards
n
- Report project progress and identify potential issues early
n

About You

n

The successful applicant will have:

n





n
- Proven landscape construction experience
n
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Foreman
n
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
n
- Excellent knowledge of landscape construction methods
n
- The ability to organise projects, materials and labour efficiently
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A professional attitude and pride in delivering quality work
n
- The ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
- A valid White Card
n
- Relevant industry qualifications or certifications are highly regarded
n
