An award-winning architectural practice is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join its Surry Hills studio.

With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, education, government, healthcare, childcare and industrial projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team working across projects from concept through to construction.

You'll work closely with senior architects and project teams to develop high-quality documentation and technical solutions across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare detailed architectural documentation and construction drawings
n
- Develop plans, elevations,



sections and detailed documentation
n
- Assist with projects through DA, CC and construction stages
n
- Coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders
n
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues
n
- Ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated and delivered to a high standard
n
- Contribute to projects across a variety of sectors
n

n

About You:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience within an architectural practice
n
- Strong technical and documentation skills
n
- Excellent understanding of Australian construction and building standards
n
- Experience working across DA and/or construction documentation
n
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
- Revit experience is highly desirable
n
- Relevant architectural qualification preferred
n
