As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven person to drive Sales and provide Administration Support and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: You will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our studio. This position requires a strong background in sales and business management, with a passion for martial arts being preferred but not mandatory. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, and fostering an environment that promotes growth, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive membership growth, including lead generation, conversion, and retention efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage the studio's budget, financial reporting, and expense control to achieve targeted profitability goals.
- Implement effective studio processes and procedures to optimize operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Coordinate class schedules, workshops, and events, ensuring proper planning and execution.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, recommending innovative ideas to enhance the studio's offerings and attract new clientele.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and business management, preferably in the fitness or martial arts industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Passion for martial arts, fitness, and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Previous experience in martial arts is preferred but not required.
