Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Fibreglass Technician / Chopper Gun Operator to join the team at Explorer Motorhomes in Clontarf, Brisbane.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for manufacturing motorhome bodies using chopper gun techniques, working with gelcoat and fibreglass systems to deliver a high-quality finished product.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30am – 2:00pm

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Experience operating chopper guns and working with gelcoat, resins, fibreglass and associated materials
n
- Skills in trimming, sanding and finishing fibreglass components to a high standard
n
- Experience in smash repairs, panel beating, spray painting, or gelcoat finishing (highly regarded)
n
- Ability to work to deadlines and consistently meet production targets
n
- Strong attention to detail with a "right first time" approach
n
- High levels of self‐motivation, reliability, and pride in your workmanship
n
- Full Australian working rights
