Position Description

n

Reporting directly to the Head of Property with a dotted line to the General Counsel and working as part of a high-calibre in-house legal team, this role will see you providing a wide range of legal advice on property and development matters.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals and development projects;
n
- Drafting and reviewing property and commercial transaction agreements and contracts;
n
- Collaborating with senior internal stakeholders and managing external advisors; and
n




- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the legal team.
n

Ideal Candidate

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- 3+ years' PQE in property law, gained from a leading private practice or established in-house team.
n
- Exposure to large scale property acquisitions, disposals and developments.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor junior lawyers.
n
