About the role:

Flexiforce Australia is seeking Process Workers to join our team on both day and afternoon shifts at our clients Moss Vale facility in NSW.

n

This is an ongoing casual position, with full-time hours, and plays a vital role in our client's manufacturing and assembly operations.

n

As a Process Worker, you will be instrumental in ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the quality of products and the success of our client's business.

n

This role offers stability, hands-on work, and the prospect to be part of a dedicated manufacturing team.

What you'll be doing:

- Operating and monitoring production line machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
n
- Assembling products according to specifications and quality standards
n
- Inspecting finished products for quality control and identifying any defects or issues
n
- Preparing materials and components for processing stages
n




- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
n
- Recording production data and reporting any equipment malfunctions or concerns to supervisors
n
- Following standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately
n
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing feedback on processes
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable
n
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment and meet output targets
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
n
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to workday and afternoon shifts
n
- Physical capability to perform assembly work and operate machinery safely
n
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
n
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
n
- A valid working visa or Australian citizenship (where applicable)
n
