JML Trades is growing, and we're looking for experienced Maintenance Plumbers to join our Canberra team.

n

This is a hands-on role working across residential and commercial maintenance plumbing. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers, enjoys solving problems, and provides long-term plumbing solutions.

n

You'll never be expected to cold-call customers or generate your own leads. Our office team keeps your schedule full so you can focus on delivering quality plumbing solutions.

n

$45 to $65 per hour, based on experience and performance

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

Every day brings something different, including:

n

- Residential and commercial maintenance plumbing
n
- Hot water system repairs and replacements
n
- Blocked drains and high-pressure jetting
n
- CCTV drain inspections
n
- Water leak detection and repairs
n
- Gas installations and maintenance
n
- Excavation works
n
- Preventative maintenance
n
- Diagnosing plumbing faults and identifying long-term solutions
n
- Preparing quotations for recommended works
n
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service
n

What We're Looking For

n

You will have:

n

- Maintenance plumbing experience
n




- Previous track record in providing quotations and recommending practical maintenance solutions
n
- Current Plumbing Licence
n
- Current White Card
n
- Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Strong communication skills
n
- Pride in your workmanship
n
- The ability to diagnose plumbing faults and recommend practical long-term solutions
n
- Confidence in preparing quotations
n
- A positive attitude and robust work ethic
n

Experience with residential and commercial maintenance plumbing is essential.
