We're doing it by offering a unique lineup of nutritional supplements that help reverse the biological ageing process and prevent age-related issues (think increased blood pressure, metabolic dysfunction, declining energy levels).

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Growth position. Based in Cremorne, VIC, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand and performance led marketing initiatives.

n

You will have ALL the resources you need to help craft the brand and deliver exceptional marketing results. You'll have no crippling bureaucratic structure (corporate, anyone?), and be working with a chill but driven marketing team that actually gets things done and has fun doing it.

The role allows for some remote work, but requires in office attendance as needed (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home).

Core Skills

- Manage an in-house marketing team across paid and influencer channels
n
- Proven ability to manually work on the tools (Meta, Google, TikTok)
n




- Connect to commercial objectives analytically and demonstrate clear performance outcomes
n
- Track record in accurately forecasting and planning monthly targets, and owning delivery against them
n
- Retention and subscription analytics fluency (LTV, LTGP, cohort forecasts and the levers behind them)
n
- Build and own measurement and experimentation infrastructure (platform testing, incrementality, GA4, non-digital measurement)
n
- Diagnose issues, identify solutions, prioritise actions and implement them
n
- Work across core creative functions (scripting, moodboard, project management, key client management)
n
- Manage external agencies and business relationships
n
- Build a team and partner effectively across CX, supply chain and finance
n
