People Who Care is a not for profit organisation with over 45 years of service. We partner to provide support to older people, those with a disability or people who are facing a social crisis.

- Hourly rate of $37.87 + Super

Part-time: 15 hours per week - Monday & Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm

In this role you will:

- Assist with the planning, scheduling and delivery of services for clients.
- Assist with rostering a staff of employees and volunteers.
- Assist with outing activities as required.
- Ensure that current client information is maintained.
- Uphold client focused service delivery principles in all activities/tasks.
- Attend to enquiries and client contacts regarding their services.

What you will need:

- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Experience working within an organisation providing services for the elderly or people living with disability will be highly regarded.
- A caring, compassionate,



and person-centred approach to service provision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care, Community Care and relevant community services will be well regarded.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident computer skills.
- Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the past six months) or willingness to obtain one.

Desirable:

- Certificate III or IV in Health, Ageing Support, Individual Support or Community Services.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Experience working in a not-for-profit organisation.
- Experience working with volunteers.
