- Develop and Execute the Digital Transformation Strategy

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced digital delivery leader to drive a portfolio of complex, high-impact transformation initiatives within a respected public sector organisation.

This senior leadership role will oversee multidisciplinary teams, shape digital strategy and deliver secure, scalable and user-centred services that improve both customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a portfolio of large-scale, multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs.
- Align digital delivery priorities with organisational strategy and broader government objectives.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across product, delivery, development, UX and business analysis.
- Establish strong governance, risk management, quality assurance and performance reporting frameworks.
- Partner with executives, business leaders,



government agencies and external service providers to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience

- At least 7-10 years' experience leading complex, organisation-wide digital or technology transformation programs.
- Proven success delivering major programs within agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
- Solid knowledge of agile, iterative delivery, digital strategy and user-centred design principles.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and embed sustainable digital capability and cultural change.
