Mollymook Golf Club is located on the stunning South Coast of New South Wales, just three hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours east of Canberra. We're currently recruiting for the following full-time training opportunities:

Apprentice Chef (2 Positions Available)

Turn your passion for food into a rewarding career.

As an Apprentice Chef, you'll complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while learning from experienced chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll gain hands-on experience across food preparation, cooking techniques, menu execution, food safety, stock control and service delivery while working in a variety of kitchen operations throughout the Club.

Hospitality Traineeship (1 Position Available)





Develop your skills across all areas of club hospitality and set yourself up for future leadership opportunities.

This two-year program provides the opportunity to complete both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality while gaining practical experience across key areas including:

- Food and beverage service

- Reception

- Catering operations

- Golf operations

- Customer service

- Club operations

Upon successful completion, opportunities may become available to progress into roles such as:

- Bar Supervisor

- Gaming Supervisor

- Bistro Supervisor

- Duty Manager

Please note: The Hospitality Traineeship is best suited to applicants who are 17 years or older and approaching 18, as the program includes training across a range of hospitality areas. Experience in licensed hospitality areas such as bar and gaming operations will be provided once the trainee turns 18 and has obtained the relevant certifications and licences required for those duties.
