We are looking for qualified, passionate and compliance-focused Trainers & Assessors with CHC33021 or FSK20119 or SIT30622 qualifications (equivalent or higher) to join our friendly and professional team in Alstonville. You will play a vital role in delivering engaging, learner-centred training and assessment, helping students achieve their personal, qualified and career goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions (face-to-face &/or blended learning).
- Conduct assessment in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 and NCCC policies.
- Maintain accurate and compliant training and assessment records.
- Support learners with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and respectful learning environment.
About you
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40116 with required upgrades).
- Vocational competency and industry currency in your subject area(s).
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements for RTOs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusive and flexible teaching practices.
- Experience delivering training in community education or foundation skills (desirable).
- Ability to incorporate technology and e-learning tools into delivery and assessments (desirable).
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain (desirable).
