About the role

Multiple L3 project management contracts are open on Defence capability programs, including space / SATCOM and related enterprise work. Focus is delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risk, governance and industry engagement.

Key responsibilities

- Project plans, schedules, forecasts and performance reporting

- Milestone delivery through approved governance

- Risk, issue and dependency management

- Coordination across Defence, industry and international partners

- Support to RFT / approach to market, FMS elements and industry workshops

- Capability development submissions and transition to service

- Briefs, business cases and governance artefacts

About you

- Proven Defence or complex government PMFIC / ODCS awareness





- Comfortable with acquisition, integration, test/acceptance and sustainment handover

- Transparent, concise reporting to senior leadership

- Available within 4 weeks, primarily on-site Canberra

- SATCOM, space, ICT/network or Defence facilities experience

- Complex systems integration experience

- AIPM, PMP or equivalent

- Australian Citizens with a current Defence security clearance

Contract rate $130–$145 per hour + GST. 8-hour day. ABN contractors. Rate depending on skills and start date.
