The Role
An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly motivated Workforce Recruitment Allocator to join our team.
In this high-visibility role, you will provide comprehensive support across allocations, HR operations, and workforce planning. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of labour, compliance with policies, and delivery of efficient, value-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and allocate day-to-day works across a large network of construction sites throughout NSW
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate registration and onboarding.
- Maintain a readily available pool of candidates aligned with sales forecasts
- Manage and maintain employee competency and compliance databases
- Action all queries and requests in a professional,
consistent, and timely manner in line with agreed service standards
- Ensure applicant and candidate records are accurate and up to date
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports in line with business requirements
- Conduct referee checks and VEVO checks for all approved candidates
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and site safety requirements
- Coordinate employee entitlements including annual leave, RDOs, and personal leave
- Coordinate client and project-specific inductions
- Organise and manage approved employee training programs
- Attend and conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
- Respond to after-hours calls as required
Essential Skills

Experience
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in scheduling or similar role is required
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
- Construction Induction (White Card) are essential requirements, though training can be arranged if not currently held.
- Current Driver's Licence
