The position
As Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide high-level, confidential and proactive support that keeps two critical portfolios moving. You will bring structure to competing priorities, coordinate executive and Board-related workflows, and ensure actions, approvals and strategic deliverables progress on time.

The responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex calendars, travel, meetings and competing priorities across the CPO and CFO portfolios
- Maintain strong governance, financial administration, records and tracking tools, while identifying business improvement opportunities
- Prepare agendas, briefing papers, executive correspondence, accurate minutes and follow-up actions
- Coordinate relevant Board, Finance & Audit Committee, People & Culture Committee and Executive papers
- Support strategic projects and key organisational events, including planning, budgets, logistics, communications and post-event reviews.
What’s required
- Proven experience providing high-level executive support in a complex environment, ideally supporting executive leadership or Board committees
- Sound judgement,
discretion and initiative when handling confidential and sensitive matters
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- Strong governance, written communication, organisational and project coordination skills
- Warm, professional and approachable style, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
