The role
Are you highly organised, people-focused and looking to build your career in People & Culture? The Property Council of Australia is looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to provide practical, high-quality coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, while also supporting our Learning team with program coordination and learner administration.
In this varied part-time role, you’ll support a wide range of People & Culture activities, from recruitment administration, onboarding, employee changes and offboarding through to inbox management, HR systems updates, reporting support and team coordination. You’ll also help keep our Sydney office running smoothly by providing onsite office coordination and support.
What you’ll be doing
· Provide coordination and administrative support to the People & Culture team across recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding and annual people processes.
· Support the Learning team with program coordination, learner administration, materials, communications and system updates.
· Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, templates, intranet pages and process documentation.
· Coordinate meetings, travel, expenses, invoices, reports and team activities for the Head of People, Culture and Learning and wider team.
· Be a helpful first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries, ensuring a professional, responsive and confidential service experience.
· Provide onsite support for the Sydney office, helping create a well-organised, welcoming and smoothly operating workplace.
About you
You’ll bring 2–3 years’ experience in a corporate coordination, administration, team support or people-related role, with a genuine interest in People & Culture and employee experience. You’re organised, detail-oriented and confident juggling competing priorities,
while maintaining discretion with sensitive information. You communicate clearly, build solid working relationships and enjoy being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes.
Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office and general business systems will be highly regarded, and exposure to learning management systems would be an advantage.
Why join us?
