Full-Time Career Opportunity.
Attractive salary ranging from $80,784.60 to $92,892.80 per year ($1,553.55 to $1,786.40 per week).
12% Superannuation Contribution.

The Opportunity
Step into a vibrant and highly rewarding human resources role. As the People and Culture Business Partner, you will serve as the primary operational contact for an assigned directorate.
You will partner with leaders to deliver practical workforce solutions and support across the entire employee lifecycle.
From coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities to providing expert advice on employee relations and performance development, you will ensure our workforce is engaged and supported. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement activities and organisational change initiatives that support Council Workforce Management Strategy.

About You
You are a collaborative and approachable professional who handles sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality. You are solutions-oriented and agile, ready to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and service-focused setting.
To succeed in this role, you will bring
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or Training, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Proven experience providing practical People and Culture advice and support to managers within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and low to medium-risk employee relations matters.
- A sound working knowledge of relevant employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Excellent communication skills to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- A current Working with Children Check and a successful pre-employment medical.
