About the role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Product Coordinator to join our Collation team. This is a newly created position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination between Scheduling, the Collation team, and our Glaziers/Subcontractors.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with a wide range of people and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As this is a new role, you'll have the chance to help shape the position and contribute to improving processes across the business as it evolves.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the key point of contact between Scheduling, the Collation team, and Glaziers/Subcontractors regarding the status of daily jobs.
- Monitor daily job progress and take prompt action to resolve any issues that may impact completion.
- Understand the daily schedules for the Collation team and assist in ensuring all scheduled jobs are accounted for.
- Coordinate urgent jobs resulting from products being left behind or other unexpected issues.




- Verify that jobs have been completed on site and follow up on outstanding work where required.
- Assist with rescheduling glazing work when glaziers are unavailable or when runs require adjustment.
- Manage incoming phone calls and coordinate requests throughout the day.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in other areas of the Collation team as workflows become established.

Requirements

- High communication skills – verbal and written
- Basic computer skills, role requires to use email, Pronto and GoCanvas
- Comfortable to work in a role that is factory/yard based as well as admin based
- Forklift license desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of safe manual handling practices
- Learn, understand and maintain quality standards
- Able to communicate with people and work in a team
- Customer focused and committed
- Undergo Drug and Alcohol Screening and Fitness for Work assessment
