We’re seeking a hands-on Head Chef to oversee the daytime food operation within a vibrant, family-focused entertainment venue in Nunawading.

The Role

- Lead daily kitchen operations and service
- Develop an appealing, family-friendly menu
- Manage ordering, food costs, stock rotation and waste
- Recruit, train and develop the kitchen team
- Maintain exceptional food safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver consistent quality, presentation and speed
- Support functions, group bookings and special events
- Work closely with the venue’s leadership team

About You

You are an experienced Head Chef or accomplished Sous Chef ready to step up, with:





- Solid kitchen leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing food costs, labour and inventory
- A calm, hands-on approach during busy services
- Sound menu development and food safety knowledge
- The ability to create food that appeals to adults and children
- A genuine commitment to consistency and positive team culture
