Monadelphous is seeking experienced Rail Supervisors to join our NSW Rail Operations team in Newcastle.

We have permanent and casual full-time opportunities available for professionals with proven experience in rail infrastructure, track maintenance, rail construction and maintenance supervision.

Working across rail networks and mining operations, you will lead crews, drive safety performance and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews.
- Ensure compliance to relevant Safety Management System, Client specifications and standards.
- Ensure regular servicing, minor and preventative maintenance of all plant and equipment is performed to ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Ensure all work is on schedule to required quality & client specifications.

What you will bring:

- Cert III in Rail Infrastructure qualifications including Track Certifier and Inspection competencies (A & D elective groups).
- Supervisory or leadership experience in Rail & Track construction or maintenance.
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling,



management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements.
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
