Kentish Holdings manages a number of companies across Retail & Tourism Accommodation sectors. Our companies have experienced continued growth, and we are looking for an Accounts Professional to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

- Full AP function for a list of hospitality & retail businesses

- Bank and company card receipt collection & reconciliation

- Investigate supplier invoice discrepancies

- Process supplier bills to purchase orders and delivery notes (3- way matching)

- Verify supplier invoices for accuracy, coding, GST and approvals

- Stocktake assistance and recording

- Follow up on missing approvals or supporting documentation

- Review prepaid expenses and ensure correct monthly allocations

- Filing of all accounting records and supporting documentation in a secure and efficient manner

- Payroll preparation and processing

- Any other general finance and administration duties





The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

- Accounting & Administration experience in Retails/Consumer business is highly recommended

- Results orientated, self-motivated and well organised with high attention to detail

- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

- Intermediate Excel skills and experience with Xero

- Experience with Deputy and Xero payroll are preferred

- Positive can-do attitude

- Excellent communication skills
