Workfast is seeking experienced, trade-qualified Specialised Pipe Welders for an immediate start on a heavy industrial project in Port Kembla.

This role involves high-pressure pipework and offers consistent rostered hours through to late November 2026, with potential extensions running through late 2026 / early 2027.

Roster & Hours

- Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Shift: Day shift with steady overtime hours available

Key Requirements

- Experience: Demonstrated background with high-pressure piping applications (Required).
- Weld Testing: Ability to pass GTAW (TIG) and FCAW (Flux-Core) weld qualification tests to AS 3992 standard prior to commencement (Required).
- White Card: Valid Construction Induction Card.
- Working at Heights: Valid ticket (Required).
- Site Compliance: Ability to pass pre-employment and random in office Drug & Alcohol testing.





Preferred Tickets & Experience

- High Risk Work License – EWP Boom (>11m / WP Ticket).
- Previous experience in heavy industry, mining, or oil & gas environments.
