Our client is a well-established local builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Wide Bay-Burnett region. They have expanded into the commercial sector with a long-established client and require an experienced Site Manager.

Your new role

Your first project will be a multipurpose commercial building with various hospitality facilities, including a library. This is a single-story structural steel build on a large footprint, with easy site access.
This is a Bundy project with future projects in the pipeline, including an upcoming 6-story unit development with lift shaft and PT works, so it is preferred you have experience in multi-story construction.
Other duties in this role will include:

- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Mentoring a Junior Foreman who will work under you.
- Driving safety, quality, and programme outcomes
- Liaising with consultants, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Using Procore to manage project reporting and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have:





- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
- Close proximity to Bundaberg (or in the process of relocating).
- Experience with structural steel and multi-storey builds will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of site sequencing, construction methodology, and project delivery
- Procore experience will be highly regarded
- A collaborative leadership style and ability to mentor.
- Senior Site Manager-level capability with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
