You will be:

• Delivering corrective, results-driven skin treatments

• Assisting with advanced technologies including Ultraformer MPT, Tixel, Hydrafacial, Laser, IPL and TeslaFormer

• Creating structured, long-term treatment plans

• Educating clients using medical-grade skincare aligned with Medik8 protocols

• Driving re-bookings and building genuine client loyalty

• Curating a front-of-house experience that feels calm, refined, and premium

Who You Are

You are polished, passionate, and aware of Industry Standards and guidelines.

You:

• Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy (minimum)

• Have experience in advanced skin treatments

• Understand treatment conversion and retail strategy

• Can confidently educate clients on skincare

• Love structure, protocols, and clinical precision

• Are warm, articulate, and emotionally intelligent

• Take pride in presentation and professionalism

• Thrive in a high-standard, growth-focused environment

In the Treatment Room

You will deliver advanced facials, support device-based treatments, and create bespoke treatment plans that drive measurable skin outcomes.

At Reception

You will manage diaries strategically, optimise bookings, follow up consultations, and ensure every client experience feels seamless and elevated.
