Partner with HR and IT to drive workforce readiness and organisational change for a ERP rollout. Ideal for an expert in change management capability, resource planning, project management and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Guide leaders on change management, design, and workforce plans
- Align HR processes with recent TechnologyOne system structures
- Drive project resource plans and stakeholder communication strategies
- Build organisational capability and credibility in change discipline
- Coach managers through workplace relations and talent initiatives
