About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Manager to join our Sydney team located in Arndell Park. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the operational aspects of our inbound freight services within NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the inbound freight processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and customer requirements.

- Monitor KPIs for dispatch accuracy, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.

- Supervise and mentor inbound supervisors and team members to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Ensure compliance with WHS & NHVR regulations and company policies.

- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of all safety protocols and compliance standards including HACCP & NHVAS requirements.

- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.





- Oversee the recruitment and induction processes for Inbound personnel ensuring demonstrated knowledge of company and industry standards.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development in all aspects.

- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

- Identify and implement strategies to optimise Inbound workflows and collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.

- Ensure that all equipment is maintained according to safety standards and collaborate with relevant teams to schedule and execute maintenance tasks.

- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Key qualifications and Experience:

- Certificate or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred) or comparative industry experience.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the freight or logistics industry.

- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

- Functional financial acumen and budget management skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to make informed decisions and problem solve under pressure.

- Current Forklift licence
