Workfast is seeking experienced Intermediate (RI) and Advanced (RA) Riggers for an immediate start on a major heavy industrial project located in Port Kembla.

This position offers generous overtime hours with an initial contract through to late November 2026, and strong potential for extension into early 2027 based on site requirements.

Pay & Benefits

- Base Rate: $45.00 per hour + penalties + superannuation
- Penalty rates applicable on extended weekday hours and Saturdays

Roster & Hours

- Monday – Friday: 6:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Shift: Day shift with steady overtime available

Key Requirements

- Rigging Tickets: Valid Intermediate (RI) or Advanced (RA) High Risk Work License (Required).
- White Card: Valid Construction Induction Card (Required).
- Working at Heights: Valid ticket (Required).
- Site Compliance:



Ability to pass pre-employment and random in office Drug & Alcohol screening.

Preferred Tickets & Experience

- High Risk Work License – EWP Boom (>11m / WP Ticket).
- Proven background in heavy industry, mining, or oil & gas environments.
