Most HVAC sales jobs are 70% prospecting and 30% selling. This one is not.

Alliance Climate Control holds 3,000 Google reviews rated 4.9★ and a brand that generates its own demand. Our scheduling team books your diary. Our technical teams handle the installation. You walk into homes where someone already wants what you are selling, and your entire job is to assess the space, design the right system, and close it properly.

If you are a strong closer who is tired of spending the week generating your own pipeline, that is the trade we are offering.

What you will actually do

• On-site residential HVAC consultations with pre-booked homeowners

• Design ducted, multi-head and split system solutions for each property

• Prepare and present clear, skilled quotes

• Manage your daily appointment schedule

• Hand over cleanly to the installation teams

What we are looking for

• Residential HVAC background — installation, service or sales





• Confidence selling in-home to homeowners

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Current Australian driver's licence (essential)

• Self-motivated, professional, performance-driven

Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is highly regarded but not essential if you have the sales track record.
