About the role
You will provide high-quality, personalised audiological care in a friendly, independent hearing clinic. This position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is an opportunity to enjoy a varied clinical caseload involving both paediatric and adult clients, while working in an environment where clinical care comes before sales. For the right person, there is also a genuine long-term pathway towards greater involvement in the business, including the potential for profit sharing or future business ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Comprehensive hearing assessments
- Paediatric and adult audiological assessments
- Diagnostic audiometry and tympanometry
- Hearing aid selection, fitting and programming
- Hearing aid reviews, adjustments and troubleshooting
- Tinnitus assessment, management and support
- Professional ear wax removal
- Client counselling and education
- Skilled reporting and recommendations
- Liaising with GPs, specialists and allied health professionals
About you
- Experienced and confident in clinical practice
- Accredited HSP practitioner
- Member of AcAUd or AudA with CCP
- Professional, friendly and approachable
- Passionate about providing excellent client care
- Comfortable working with both paediatric and adult clients
- Confident with hearing aid technology and programming
- Interested in tinnitus management and broader hearing healthcare
- Experienced in or willing to perform ear wax removal
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
