Warwick Christian College is seeking enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Primary and Secondary Education Assistants to join our vibrant and growing learning community in the picturesque heart of Warwick, Queensland.

About the Roles
These roles are perfect for people who enjoy working alongside children and young people and have a genuine desire to see every student grow in confidence, develop their skills and achieve their potential.

As an Education Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students across a range of learning areas and classroom environments. You will play an important role in helping create positive,



engaging and productive learning experiences where students feel supported, encouraged and ready to succeed.

Whether supporting younger students as they build strong foundations for learning or assisting adolescents as they navigate their educational journey, no two days will be the same. Your ability to connect with students, communicate effectively and build positive relationships will make a meaningful difference in their school experience.

Successful Applicants Will Have:

- Experience working as a Teacher Aide or Education Assistant, in a school environment (preferred but not essential)

- A current Queensland Working with Children Blue Card

- Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

- The ability to build positive, supportive and respectful relationships with students

- The flexibility and initiative to work effectively across a range of learning environments

- A commitment to Christian values and contributing positively to the culture and mission of the College

- A genuine passion for helping children and young people learn, grow and thrive

All Applicants Will Need to Provide:

- Copies of relevant qualifications, where applicable

- A current First Aid Certificate

- A current Queensland Blue Card, or eligibility to obtain one, is essential.
