About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our showroom, delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers select the perfect tiles, flooring and bathroom products for their homes and projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing outstanding customer service to retail, trade and builder customers

- Assisting customers with product selection and showroom inspiration

- Building strong relationships to generate repeat business

- Preparing quotes and processing sales orders





- Following up customer enquiries and sales opportunities

- Maintaining showroom presentation and product displays

- Working closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous retail sales or customer service experience

- Enjoys building relationships and helping customers find solutions

- Is confident, enthusiastic and professional in their approach

- Has solid communication and organisational skills

- Is comfortable learning new products and systems

- Can work effectively in a team environment

- Experience within tiles, flooring, building products, home improvement or interior design is advantageous but not essential
