The position is a part-time fixed-term position for Term 1, 2027 and exists due to the teacher taking long service leave. You would commence on 22 January 2027. (Part-time applicants would also be considered)

About You:

The College seeks an outstanding teacher who is knowledgeable and passionate about the Visual and Performing Arts curriculum and current pedagogical thinking. It is expected that you will:

- Have an enthusiastic approach to the education of young people including a focus on developing skills and underpinning knowledge.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with staff, delivering Visual and Performing Arts programs across the school.
- Show a willingness and capacity to contribute to students' well-being by providing support and challenges,



and giving them confidence to aspire and thrive.
- Display innovation in curriculum and collaborative learning approaches.
- Have a tertiary teaching qualification that enables you to teach Visual and Performing Arts. Particular interest in delivering a Ceramics class, film and photo unit and/or Art Creative Practise at VCE.
- Display an individual learning disposition that strives for continual improvement.
- Be a current VIT registered teacher.
