The Opportunity Working alongside an experienced Strata Manager, you'll gain exposure to all aspects of strata management while supporting a well-maintained portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a strata portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance and repair requests




- Communicating with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders
- Supporting insurance and compliance processes
- Managing general strata administration and correspondence
- Learning the ins and outs of strata management through hands-on training

About You
