What you'll do

As a Senior Lecturer (Nursing), you will make significant contributions to high-quality teaching, research, and service within the School. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality, student-centred teaching across UniSQ’s postgraduate nursing programs
- Contributing to curriculum development, program coordination, course leadership, and creation of high-quality learning materials
- Securing external research funding and engaging in research projects that deliver meaningful social, economic, and health outcomes
- Providing academic leadership across the School, including mentoring colleagues and contributing to a positive, collaborative academic culture

What will help you succeed

- It is essential you hold a Master qualification as a Nurse Practitioner that can lead to AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia
- It is desirable that you hold or are working towards a doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing in nursing




- It is desirable that you hold APHRA endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner, but essential that you are a registered nurse with AHPRA in Australia
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality tertiary teaching, including course coordination, student-centred learning, and positive educational outcomes
- Desirable to have research experience with a track record of publications, funding success, industry engagement, and collaborative research that advances knowledge

Term: Part time continuing appointment (18.75 hours/week)

Salary: Total remuneration range $84,016 to $96,564 pa (includes salary range of $70,855 to $81,437 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
