Raglan Drilling is currently on the lookout for experienced Underground Diamond Driller who takes pride in their work, delivers quality results and work safely and efficiently as part of a strong underground team.

The right person will have the following competencies:

- Demonstrated experience on 12 months in underground drilling operations

- Ability to provide satisfactory results from a pre-employment medical assessment and laboratory drug and alcohol screening

- Current and satisfactory Australian National Police clearance (issued within three (3) months)

- Valid Manual C class Drivers Licence

- Current First Aid accreditation (including units of competency HLTAID009, HLTAID010 and HLTAID011)

- Section 26 Statutory Supervisory accreditation including BSBWHS411 and BSBWHS414

- Permanently resides in Australia

Key responsibilities of the role include, but is not limited to:

Safely and efficiently conduct underground diamond drilling operations in accordance with drilling programs, site requirements and client expectations, achieving productive drilling and quality core recovery;

Manage core handling and recovery, complete accurate drilling and shift reports, monitor drilling conditions and troubleshoot operational issues;

Conduct and oversee routine inspections, maintenance, cleaning and care of Company assets;

Provide effective leadership, direction and supervision to Offsiders and drill crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations;

Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with crew members, supervisors, Raglan departments, clients, contractors and site personnel; and

Maintain a strong commitment to underground safety,



including compliance with Company and site requirements, hazard identification and controls, and participation in toolbox and safety meetings.
