About the role

This is a hands-on HR Manager role partnering with an employee group of approximately 70 people. You will deliver across Strategy, ER, Talent acquisition, Workforce planning, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee engagement and HR Operations and compliance. Working with an accomplished GM HR, you will enjoy a outstanding blend of autonomy and support.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with client group on all matters relating to HR
- Deliver across Strategy, ER, Talent acquisition, Workforce planning, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee engagement and HR Operations and compliance
- Take on various Projects designed to improve, streamline and enhance the HR function
- Support business growth objectives

About you

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Experience gained in an end to end role where you have covered all aspects of the HR function
- Ability to provide advice and coaching to client group
