Ready to trade managing one workshop for running three? This is a rare step up - leading a network of Auto Masters sites across metro Perth, working closely with an experienced Franchisee who's built a genuinely successful operation and wants the right person to help take it further.

About the role:
You'll report directly to the Franchisee, a seasoned multi-site operator, and become the driving force behind three Perth metro workshops - keeping every site performing to the standard Auto Masters is known for.

What this looks like:

- Use your technical and diagnostic background to train, support and lift the whole team
- Keep every site aligned with the Auto Masters Quality Assurance Manual and our Operations and Administration procedures
- Own the sales and KPI results across your three sites and push them forward
- Strengthen and maintain the Quality Assurance System
- Make sure every workshop is secure, clean and running at its best for staff and customers
- Represent the Auto Masters brand with pride, inside and out
- Run store audits and keep licensing and statutory requirements watertight
- Provide hands-on support and training on the AMWOS DMS
- Lead Manager inductions and in-store training across the network
- Help recruit and grow key staff across all three sites
- Champion honesty, efficiency and quality in every system,

About you:

- An automotive mechanical trade is a plus (not essential) - it'll help you back your team technically
- Commercially sharp, with a solid handle on the financial side of running a workshop
- A collaborative leader who brings out the best in the people around you
- Proven experience in a leadership role built on strong communication and team development
- Solution-focused for your franchisee, your managers, and every customer who walks in
- Track record managing multiple automotive service centres (or similar), with runs on the board for sales and targets
