Apex Recruitment Pty Ltd is partnering with a high-growth international organisation to identify an exceptional Global CEO to lead a diversified, multi-jurisdiction business group. Our client operates across Australia, Nepal, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia and has built a strong international presence through its expanding service portfolio, multicultural workforce, and cross-border growth strategies.

Due to ongoing organisational expansion and increasing operational complexity, the company is seeking a visionary executive to drive global strategy, strengthen governance, and lead its international teams through the next phase of development.

About the Role

This is a senior executive appointment requiring a leader with substantial experience managing multinational operations. You will oversee the strategic, financial, and operational performance of all global business units, ensuring cohesive management across country offices and alignment with the organisation’s long-term objectives.

The role demands a seasoned professional capable of navigating diverse regulatory environments, leading multicultural executive teams, and driving innovation and organisational transformation across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the organisation’s global strategy, defining long-term objectives, competitive positioning, and expansion pathways across Australia and key Asian markets.

- Direct and oversee all business units, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with group-wide policies and international governance structures.

- Allocate and approve financial, operational, and human resources required for growth initiatives and international project delivery.

- Monitor and evaluate performance of all country offices, ensuring achievement of KPIs, revenue targets, and compliance obligations.

- Engage closely with senior leadership teams in each jurisdiction, reviewing recommendations,



operational reports, and proposals for improvement.

- Oversee the preparation of executive-level reports, corporate budgets, business forecasts, and presentations for the Board and global stakeholders.

- Represent the company at national and international conferences, industry events, government forums, and high-level negotiations.

- Recruit, mentor, and lead country directors and senior executives to develop high-performing leadership capabilities across the group.

- Ensure compliance with corporate, taxation, labour, and regulatory requirements across all operating regions, implementing robust governance frameworks.

- Drive digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance global competitiveness and operational excellence.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Executive within a multinational organisation.

- Demonstrated capability to manage operations across multiple countries, ideally within Asia-Pacific or emerging markets.

Strong background in strategic planning, corporate governance, cross-border compliance, and international business management.

- Advanced financial acumen with the ability to analyse complex commercial environments and make high-impact decisions.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working alongside government agencies, regulators, and board members.

- Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and drive organisational performance in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to international offices and interstate within Australia.
