Project Manager - Commercial Construction | Melbourne

A well-established national business is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of commercial construction projects across Melbourne.

This is a multi-site Project Management role, overseeing a variety of fit-outs, refurbishments, remedial works and new build projects. You’ll manage multiple projects concurrently from commencement through to completion, supported by established systems, processes and experienced internal teams.

The Role

- Manage multiple commercial projects concurrently from commencement to completion
- Oversee budgets, programmes, timelines and overall project performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams




- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor project costs, variations, procurement and commercial performance
- Identify risks early and proactively resolve project issues
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard
- Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation and forecasting

About You

- Proven Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience across fit-out, refurbishment, remedial and/or new build projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong commercial understanding across budgets, procurement and variations
- Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of OH&S; and construction compliance
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Relevant trade or tertiary construction qualifications
