- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a structured library of reusable tools, scripts, standards, and digital assets.
- Support BIM modelling, documentation, and coordination across building services disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and standardisation.
- Develop business cases, roadmap plans, and gap analyses for current and future digital capabilities.
- Support clash detection, model reviews, and design coordination activities.
- Ensure all models and documentation align with BIM standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
- Assist with the integration of engineering data, digital workflows, and automation platforms across the business.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in adopting computational design and automation tools.
