- Support data collection, reporting, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist with contract and financial administration,

including invoice processing and expenditure tracking.

- Coordinate and maintain CRM and records management systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Support commissioned programs and community initiatives through project administration and stakeholder coordination.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, service providers and community stakeholders.

- Contribute to workforce development, communities of practice and quality improvement activities.

- Assist with communications, project reporting and operational activities that support program objectives and funding requirements.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are highly organised, enjoy supporting projects and stakeholders, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

You will bring:

- Experience in administration, project coordination, program support or a similar role.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience preparing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence and business documentation.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping.

- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

- Experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other business systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

- Experience in the health, aged care, disability or community services sector will be highly regarded.

- An understanding of the needs of rural and remote communities will be advantageous.
