IT Technician - Level 2/3

At Evolution IT, we’re seeking a proactive and experienced IT Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for a dedicated technician with a passion for systems administration, cloud solutions, and cutting-edge IT support in a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound support calls, identifying and qualifying client issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in line with service level agreements.

- Support end-users in person, via phone, email, or remote access tools.

- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune ensuring seamless operations.

- Configure and troubleshoot networking systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT peripherals.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams,



troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

- IT qualifications or relevant work experience.

- Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Intune

- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and Desktop OS environments.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a dedicated and flexible team.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Current Drivers license and vehicle.
