About the Role

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing Rail division.

Based in Salisbury - South Australia, this role provides engineering, technical, quality, and operational support on site as delegated by management, ensuring that track infrastructure and heavy civil construction works are executed in accordance with time, budget, quality standards, and design specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction engineering activities across track and civil disciplines, including subgrade preparation, drainage, capping layers, ballast placement, track laying, turnout assembly, and alignment verification.
- Interpret civil and track geometry design models/drawings for site implementation and field constructability.
- Monitor construction performance and progress against schedule, ensuring work programs for crews and subcontractors are effectively managed.
- Assist with the preparation, administration,



and execution of Inspection and Test Plans and quality audits under the project Quality Management Plan.

Experience and capabilities

- Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in heavy civil, earthworks, or track construction
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil, Structural, or Infrastructure)
- Member of, or eligible for membership with, Engineers Australia
- Valid Rail Safety Worker competency assessment / RIW card as required under Contract Conditions
- Demonstrated experience in site execution, project planning, and research of complex technical problems
- Exposure to operational budget preparation, tender documentation, and OH&S; legislation
- Experience working in active rail corridors or live civil infrastructure projects
