What You'll Do:
- Bring 5-star, VIP food and beverage experience.
- Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining or service areas.
- Be well-versed in menu offerings, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Maintain impeccable presentation of food, beverages, and venue spaces.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver elevated dining experiences.
- Uphold luxury brand standards and service excellence at all times.
- Follow food safety, RSA, and OH&S; regulations.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in 5-star hotels and events.
- Valid RSA.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and robust work ethic.
- Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
