Key Responsibilities:

- Triage and clinical assessments

- Wound care management

- Immunisations and vaccinations

- Chronic disease management and health assessments

- ECGs, spirometry, and pathology collection

- Assisting GPs with procedures

- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation





- Supporting accreditation and infection control procedures

About You:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Health Care (desirable)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Competent with clinical software (e.g., Best Practice or similar)

- A genuine passion for patient-centred care
