About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and based full-time at our Bundamba Head Office, you'll own the social media and communications for all three APC brands: planning and posting content, filming and editing video, writing everything from captions to internal updates, and keeping our team, customers and installers in the loop across every channel. It's a hands-on, high-variety role: three brands, four platforms, and both the creative and the communications side of the brand in your hands.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok for APC, Products by APC and Resi Art, aligned to campaigns, launches and seasonal promotions.

- Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok that keeps pace with current trends and platform best practice

- Write on-brand captions and publish daily across all channels, including real-time Stories content that keeps our feeds active

- Manage community engagement: responding to comments and messages, engaging with installer and tagged posts, across all three brands





- Monitor and respond to Google reviews and keep business listings hours, details accurate and current

- Write and distribute internal updates that keep the wider APC team informed and engaged

- Support external communications: media releases, supplier and customer updates, and trade-show or event promotion

- Track what's working across channels and campaigns, and adjust the calendar accordingly

About you: Essential

- 1–3 years' experience in social media, content or communications coordination, ideally managing more than one brand or channel at once

- Hands-on video filming and editing skills for short-form platforms (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar)

- A confident, adaptable writer who can shift tone across social captions, internal updates and external/customer communications

- Experience with a content scheduling tool (e.g. Meta Business Suite)

- Comfortable with a rapid-paced, high-volume daily posting schedule across multiple channels

- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. for content ideas, captions or editing workflows), or genuinely willing to learn

About you: Desirable

- Experience in manufacturing, trade, building products or another B2B/B2C hybrid environment (desirable)

- Experience drafting media releases, newsletters or other stakeholder communications (desirable)

- A portfolio or reel demonstrating branded short-form video work (desirable)
