About the role

You will work in the factory alongside another tradesman and apprentices, with occasional site visits required. This is a hands-on role that includes supervising staff within the factory, training and guiding apprentices, and managing timeframes and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

- Work in the factory on custom-made deluxe kitchens and high-end joinery

- Supervise staff within the factory

- Train and guide apprentices

- Manage timeframes and efficiency

- Coordinate work across all stages of the job, from factory to installation

- Read and interpret workshop plans

- Manage workflow and quality kitchen manufacturing

- Keep the factory organised and tidy

About you

- High level of skill in cabinet joinery, with an eye for detail and versatility

- Able to work well in a team setting





- Quality kitchen manufacturing experience, with the ability to manage workflow

- Able to lead and communicate well with apprentices and staff — good communication is a must

- Manual driver's licence is a must

- Some installation experience is a bonus, to help coordinate with other staff

- Own hand tools are a bonus
